DraftMyDoc (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered document generation service at draftmydoc.com. By using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. No Legal Advice
The documents and information provided by DraftMyDoc are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Use of this service does not create a solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship between you and DraftMyDoc. You should always seek independent legal advice before using or relying upon any document generated through this service.
3. Accuracy of Documents
While we endeavour to keep our document templates accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties that documents generated are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. Laws change frequently and generated documents should be independently verified by a qualified legal professional before use.
4. User Responsibility
You accept sole responsibility for any document you generate, sign, or rely upon through this service. We strongly recommend seeking independent legal advice before using any generated document. You must not use this service to generate documents for unlawful purposes or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DraftMyDoc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of documents generated by this service, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes any loss arising from reliance on a generated document without independent legal review.
6. Payments
Document unlock fees and subscription fees are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at draftdocuk@gmail.com. Prices shown exclude any applicable taxes. UK customers may be subject to VAT once our turnover exceeds the VAT registration threshold.
7. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The DraftMyDoc platform, including all software, templates, and branding, is owned by DraftMyDoc. Documents you generate are yours to use, subject to these terms. You may not resell or redistribute generated documents as your own templates.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
